Air Fryer Kimchi Tofu Wraps Recipe:

On a wet rice paper, add a piece of cut nori sheet, then add 2 tbsp cooked rice, 1 tbsp kimchi, some tofu, green onions, and some spicy vegan mayo (optional). Wrap up with rice paper. Then wrap it all again in another wet rice paper so it doesn't leak.

Brush lightly with some avocado oil and air fry at 390F for 7-8 minutes. Careful, they will be hot. Enjoy!
